If you would like to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the next billdate. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed according to the frequency
selected for your subscription. To unsubscribe from your subscription, please log in to your Filter-Monster account and cancel in the ‘Manage Subscription’ area. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you with a refund for any filters, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. Cancellation is only available online after 2 orders are processed, including your initial order. If you need to cancel before this happens, please contact us at 888-962-6245.

Select the "login" or "my account" option at the top right of your screen, and then select "subscriptions" on the top menu. Here you can update your payment information or your shipping address, change your next order date or the frequency of your orders, as well as pause your subscription until you need it again!
On the product page, check under the "purchase option" section, right above the "add to cart" button.
Login to your account and you will see a full transaction history on your account.
If your filter(s) are out of stock when it's time to process your subscription order, you will receive an email notification to let you know the item(s) are out of stock. Once they are back in stock, you will receive another email notification that your order has been processed.
