Where can I find the model and serial number of my unit?

You can usually find the model and serial number of your unit on a silver sticker on the back or bottom of your unit.

Why is my filter indicator light flashing after I replaced/cleaned the filters?

To reset your filter indicator light on any of our models, please hold down the filter indicator icon for 5-8 seconds and the light should reset.

How do I clean my humidifier?

Other than the maintenance specified in the user’s manual, you can always clean your humidifier with 1-part white vinegar and 2-parts water and then give it a good rinse. This can help fight build up from harder water.
